Commerce Bridge provides a multi-tenant e-commerce integration platform that enables businesses to connect their online stores with various marketplaces and logistics providers. The Service includes features such as product synchronization, order management, inventory tracking, and reporting tools.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfering with the operation of the Service, or using the Service to transmit malicious code.
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Commerce Bridge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Terms of Service does not grant you any rights to use any trademarks or service marks of Commerce Bridge.

Under no circumstances shall Commerce Bridge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, even if Commerce Bridge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
